Rental Agreement

    Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $840 is required at the time of reservation. Your reservation is not complete until the deposit has been received.

    Final Payment & Guest List: Final payment is due one (1) week prior to your booking date. At that time, a complete list of all guests, including names and phone numbers, must also be provided.

    Security / Credit Card Authorization: Credit card information is required and may be charged for any damages to the property, furnishings, or appliances.

    Check-In & Check-Out Times

    • Check-in: 2:00 PM MST

    • Check-out: 10:00 AM MST

    Early arrivals or late departures must be arranged and approved in advance and may be subject to additional fees.

    Check-Out Procedures: Upon departure, guests are required to leave the property in the same general neat and orderly condition as upon arrival. Please ensure the following is completed prior to check-out:

    • Wash and put away all dishes, pots, pans, silverware, and utensils

    • Close and lock all windows and doors

    • Turn off all lights

    • Set the heater thermostat to “Low”

    • Empty and wipe out the refrigerator

    • Reposition window shutters (winter season)

    • Return BBQ to the cabin and shut off propane

    • Remove all garbage from the cabin and surrounding backcountry area

    Door Lock: Cabin door locks are combination locks and will be set to the last four (4) digits of your phone number.

    Maximum Occupancy: The number of guests must not exceed the number stated on your reservation. Any additional guests must be approved in advance and may result in additional charges. A complete guest list is required for emergency purposes.

    Maintenance & Damage Reporting: Please report any existing damage or maintenance issues on the day of check-in. Failure to report issues will result in the assumption that damages occurred during your stay and may be charged accordingly.

    Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all Grizzly Basin Outfitters cabins and buildings at all times.

    Damages: The guest(s) named on this Rental Agreement accept responsibility for all members of their party and invitees. Charges may apply for, but are not limited to:

    • Damage to the cabin or its contents beyond normal wear and tear

    • Lost or damaged household items

    • Unauthorized indoor smoking

    This Rental Agreement constitutes a contract between the Guest(s) listed below and Grizzly Basin Outfitters Ltd. and is subject to the terms and conditions stated above.

     

    Please be advised that you are in a remote area with UNCONTROLLED DANGERS such as wildlife, avalanches, adverse weather conditions, and many other such dangers found in the mountains.  Grizzly Basin Outfitters Ltd. offers no protection from such dangers.  IT IS UNDERSTOOD THAT THE CABIN AND AREA ARE USED AT OWN RISK.
